Because music and painting belong together for me, it is important to highlight and honor musicians in my artwork. Pedro Aguiar is my guitar teacher. Born in Brazil, he studied music in Brazil, the United States, France and Germany. He has won fifteen guitar competition prizes, including the Alhambra International Guitar Competition in Spain (2018).
I am deeply inspired by his artistic mastery. To me, he is one of the world’s finest classical guitarists, and I feel truly fortunate that he is both my teacher and a dear friend. My painting „Dimensions of guitar“ reflects the unity between the technical perfection of his playing and the emotion and rhythm he brings to every piece.
